Delete your data
You can remove Adaptive Selling's access to your Facebook Pages and delete the data it holds at any time, in any of these ways.

Disconnect a Page in Adaptive Selling
Log in, open Channels, and click Disconnect next to the Page. Its access token, contacts, conversations, messages and notes are deleted immediately.

Remove the app from Facebook
On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations, select Adaptive Selling and click Remove. Facebook notifies us and we delete every Page you connected and all of its data. You will receive a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Email us
Write to contact@digitalsmile.pro from the email address of your Adaptive Selling account, or tell us the Facebook Page, and we will delete your account or the requested data within 30 days.
